*CODAVA NATIONAL COUNCIL (CNC)*
The Codava National Council, the irrepressible voice, ever-sustainable force, and conscience of the indigenous Codava community, will observe its 34th Annual CODAVA NATIONAL DAY on 26th November 2024. This event coincides with Indian Constitution Day. The esteemed Codava gathering rejuvenates and amplifies the sustained and eventful apolitical journey of the CNC, which has been peacefully striving to achieve *CodavaLand* Geo-Political Autonomy under the suzerainty of India. It also seeks UN recognition for the aboriginal indigenous Codavas under international law, the restoration of ancestral properties confiscated and mortgaged to external business tycoons by foreign rulers, and the realization of ten other legitimate constitutional aspirations and goals, all while remaining committed to the sovereignty of Bharat. [The aforementioned demands must be recognized as fundamental rights under Article 32 of the Constitu5tion, providing constitutional remedies.]
